Pierce - Mieras Mfg. Speed King electric uncapping knife with automatic temperature control for the blade. This uncapping knife is ready to use and has a fully automatic, non adjustable temperature control. Easiest to use, perfect for beginners and novices. Preset temperature is 260º - 270º.

This knife has an optional temperature adjusting control box on a 3 wire six foot cord and easy turn knob for use with the 115v units only.

The 230v units have the automatic temperature built in the blade for the dependable temperature control.  This unit also comes without a cord plug.
