The honeycombed sheets of 100% pure beeswax offer unlimited opportunities for creating unique and novel candles or decorations.
No molds are needed!
Simply roll up for a candle or cut out and hand form for a decorative applique.
One sheet will make two standard taper candles. MD431 2/0 square braid wick is suggested for rolled tapers up to 1" diameter and md426 or md427 wick for up to 3 1/2" diameter candles.
At Blossomland Supply our wax sheets are made with the most advanced technology in the business to ensure color consistency from dye lot to dye lot. However, as with any natural product, dye lots of each color may vary slightly with each run.
At times, a dusty-looking film called "bloom" will form on sheets of pure beeswax.
Not only is bloom harmless, it actually indicates the 100% purity of quality beeswax. It is easily removed by warming the wax slightly with a hair dryer.
Beeswax sheets are very brittle in wintertime temperatures. Because of this we will pack extra well, but we are not able to guarantee a safe delivery. So please make note when you order from late fall to early spring.
